Professor Been was awarded an R15 AREA Grant from the National Institute of Mental Health. This award will fund experiments that seek to identify the mechanism by which postpartum estrogen withdrawal impacts mesolimbic brain circuitry and motivated behaviors. We are particularly excited to bring a new technique, fast scan cyclic voltammetry, to the lab!
